CMU's Rowing Team was founded in 1989, and has since become the largest Club sport at Carnegie Mellon. Committed to teamwork, athleticism, and academic excellence, Tartan Crew continues to create an all-inclusive environment for dedicated Student-Athletes.
This sport has the power to change lives and that opportunity should be accessible to anyone in the CMU community.
As President and Women's Team Captain, I changed the brand identity of the team, growing membership from 14 to 50+, retention from 10% to 80%, and medals from 0 to 35+
Completely recreated the team's website from scratch, tying it closely to club values
