What is Etail Solutions?

[Brief description of what Etail Solutions does — the enterprise e-commerce/retail tech platform, who their clients are, and the market they serve.]

When I joined, the platform had been in use for over 15 years. It served 50+ enterprise clients, but its aging architecture, inconsistent design language, and fragmented user experience were becoming a liability — both for client retention and new business growth.

What we set out to do

Where I had the most impact

01

Brand Development & Positioning

More recognizable brand presence

I contributed to refining Etail's brand voice and visual identity to ensure consistency across all touchpoints — developing clearer messaging frameworks, aligning visual elements with target audience expectations, and ensuring cohesion across digital and marketing materials.

Strategic Projects & Execution

Accelerated project timelines

I worked on multiple cross-functional initiatives that required both planning and execution — conducting research, synthesizing insights, and building structured deliverables for internal and external stakeholders.

Creative Direction & Content

Elevated creative quality

I shaped creative outputs across campaigns and product materials — ensuring they were both visually compelling and strategically aligned. I designed and guided content creation while maintaining a strong aesthetic standard through rapid iteration cycles.

  • Directed or produced creative assets across channels
  • Maintained aesthetic standards under tight turnarounds
  • Iterated quickly based on stakeholder feedback

Operating in Ambiguity

Reliable contributor under pressure

Etail required the ability to pivot quickly and manage ambiguity. I consistently took ownership of loosely-scoped tasks, learned new tools and processes rapidly, and balanced multiple workstreams simultaneously — often switching between creative direction and analytical problem-solving within the same day.

"The best solutions often came from reframing the problem — not from adding more."

What it added up to

My experience at Etail strengthened my ability to think strategically while executing at a high level. I developed a stronger sense of ownership, improved my ability to operate in ambiguity, and contributed to meaningful improvements in brand and platform execution — ultimately part of a period that saw 29% revenue growth across the business.
